MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd., the official dealer of JCB brand heavy and construction equipment for Nepal, has inaugurated a well-equipped 'Authorized Retail Outlet' (ARO) in Damak, Jhapa. From this 35th JCB outlet in the country, JCB customers will get world-class sales, service and spare facilities.Om Damak Motors, the new authorized retail outlet, was inaugurated by Gokul Shrestha, President of Damak Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Sanjiv Pahuja, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of MAW Earthmovers. Pahuja, executive director of MAW Earthmovers, said that the new outlet will provide all JCB machines, spare parts and world-class after-sales service. "This is not only JCB's authorized retail outlet but also our commitment to the customer," he said.
JCB's expansive lineup of excavators, backhoes, rollers, compactors and loaders are popular because of their low fuel consumption, low maintenance costs and excellent performance. The company emphasizes after-sales service, not only sales, and this is the reason why it has become the No. 1 brand in Nepal's heavy equipment sector.
